The echoes of inspiration still resonate as we look back on our recent journey through Sukkur and its neighboring regions. The LUMS National Outreach Programme (NOP) team embarked on a mission of empowerment, engaging with students and institutions to illuminate pathways to success.
In Mirpur Mathelo, Ghotki, Sukkur, Khairpur, and Daharki, we witnessed the potential of young minds and the dedication of educational institutions. At Sukkur Boys and Girls Colleges, both 1st and 2nd-year students were guided on opportunities through the LUMS regular admission cycle in November 2024.
Our visit to Ghazali College in Ghotki was particularly enlightening, as we were given a tour of the campus and learned about their future initiatives to expand educational opportunities. A new academic building equipped with essential facilities promises a brighter future for students.
At Cadet College Ghotki, the Vice Principal's proactive approach to appointing a dedicated teacher for NOP applications showcased their commitment to student success. A WhatsApp group exclusively for NOP applications was created, fostering a supportive environment for students.
Similarly, Govt College Khairpur's proactive stance in creating student accounts before our visit exemplified their dedication to facilitating the application process. The interactive session allowed students to address queries, ensuring a seamless application experience.
Our journey in Sukkur was marked by collaboration, empowerment, and a shared commitment to educational excellence. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the institutions, stakeholders, and students who welcomed us with open arms. Your enthusiasm and dedication inspire us to continue our mission of empowering the next generation of leaders.
