Step by Step Process Flow for LUMS NOP Applicants
Outreach Sessions
NOP Summer Coaching Session (SCS) Online Application
Applications for the NOP Summer Coaching Session are made live. Applicants must submit their online application and post/courier the required supporting documents by the specified deadlines (typically March each year)
NOP Application Processing and Shortlisting
Applications are processed by April/May and evaluated based on academic and financial aid criteria. Applicants are informed of the shortlisting decisions by May/June every year
NOP Summer Coaching Session (SCS)
Invitations are sent to shortlisted applicants and the session takes place in July
Post-Session Submissions
Coaching session attendees are required to complete certain academic and financial aid benchmarks in order for their session to be considered as a successful completion by September/October each year
Test Registration of Successful Candidates
Attendees who qualify on pre-defined benchmarks will be registered for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) with the regulatory body of College Board OR the LUMS Common Admission Test (LCAT). LUMS will pay the registration fees of the candidates and will instruct them on getting their passports made by November/ December

LUMS Admission Application
Students will simultaneously fill out the LUMS Online Admission Application alongside regular applicants for admission to their desired Undergraduate Programme and will also apply for Financial Aid before the deadline in January
Admission Ranking
Merit list of successful applicants will be drawn out by March-May
Financial Aid Document Submission
Students who have applied for Financial Aid in their application and have received conditional Admission Offers will be asked to submit required supporting documents after which their Financial Aid application will be processed
Interview Assessment
All NOP applicants will be required to appear for an interview with their parents that will consist of two parts
- Financial Need Assessment in which financial credentials will be verified
- Personality Assessment in which communication skills, leadership ability, resilience etc. will be assessed (April – June each year)
Admission & Joining
Qualifying applicants will be awarded the NOP Scholarship based on the financial credentials they have provided and interview. Classes will begin in September
